Resident sends a text message to the Access for All service regarding a health issue

A clinician chats with the resident regarding their medical issue and determines a diagnosis and treatment if needed

The clinician will provide the resident with information regarding the recommended treatment (RX/Referral/advice/misc.) 

Depending on the recommended treatment, the resident will be sent a form
